Cauliflower Fry

Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1 medium
Onion - 1 large
Tomato - 2 medium
Chili powder - 2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbs
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbs
Coriander leaves - 1 Bunch
Salt to taste

Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into medium size pieces. Put this into warm water
and drain it. Chop onion and tomatoes in to slices. Finely mince
the coriander leaves. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry till onions
turn brown. Add cauliflower pieces, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Fry till cauliflower become tender. Add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
Add chili powder , coriander powder and garam masala. Fry for few
more minutes. Garnish the dish with coriander leaves. Serve with poori
or chapatti's.
