Ingredients
Toor Dal - 1 1/2 Cup
Red Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 1
Green Chilies - 4
Curry powder - 1/2 tsp
Lime Juice - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - for seasoning
Cumin seeds - for seasoning
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation
Pressure cook toor dal till it is finely done. Heat oil in a heavy
pan. Season mustard
and cumin seeds. Saute finely diced onions till it turns
golden brown. Add split green chilies, diced tomatoes and
dal. Add salt and curry powder. After it come to a boil, add
the juice of a lime and remove from heat and serve hot with
roti or rice. Add a dollop of butter on top before serving
for added taste.
